This past January, Goldenrod acquired the Circle 75 Office Park in Fund II. This special addition to the Goldenrod portfolio consists of 750,000+ square feet of office and is home to three highly recognizable buildings in the Atlanta metro area. When looking out their northern windows, many of our tenants are able to see directly into Truist Park, the new home of the Atlanta Braves. Located adjacent to the $1.5 billion development called “The Battery”, Circle 75 is surrounded by 1.5 million square feet of “Lifestyle Living”. This includes first class retail (shopping, restaurants, bars), 400+ hotel keys, 500+ apartment units, and a 4,000 seat live music venue. Although we are missing Major League Baseball, the strong, diversified tenant mix has led to continued operational success throughout the pandemic.
