CIRCLE 75

This past January, Goldenrod acquired the Circle 75 Office Park in Fund II. This special addition to the Goldenrod portfolio consists of 750,000+ square feet of office and is home to three highly recognizable buildings in the Atlanta metro area. When looking out their northern windows, many of our tenants are able to see directly into Truist Park, the new home of the Atlanta Braves. Located adjacent to the $1.5 billion development called "The Battery", Circle 75 is surrounded by 1.5 million square feet of "Lifestyle Living". This includes first class retail (shopping, restaurants, bars), 400+ hotel keys, 500+ apartment units, and a 4,000 seat live music venue. Although we are missing Major League Baseball, the strong, diversified tenant mix has led to continued operational success throughout the pandemic. Hank Aaron Home Run Record

The Goldenrod team wishes the Aaron family congratulations on this significant day. We are very grateful for the lasting legacy that Hank Aaron created, and we thank the Aaron family and all those associated for their continued support of our project in outfield. We hope this special development, named “The Henry” in honor of Mr. Aaron, continues to pay tribute to all that he stood for on and off the field. “Keep swinging #44”

Zach Wiegert Presented with Memento from USS Nebraska SSBN 739

Our hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska, The Scarlet Hotel, inspired the U.S. Navy to name their staterooms in a similar manner. We had engaged the team at Archrival to write unique stories of nearly 150 Nebraska cities and towns. We shared these stories with the U.S. Navy, along with more than 2,000 photographs depicting each locale which were captured by students from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Thank you to Dale and Roger from the Big Red Sub Club for presenting Zach with this memento.
