Ed Fuxa

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fuxa joined Goldenrod Capital Advisors, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and is responsible for the financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting of the Goldenrod Funds. Mr. Fuxa brings 18 years of experience in real estate and has helped manage approximately $2 billion of AUM located across 20 states. Mr. Fuxa was the Chief Financial Officer of Tetrad Property Group from 2014 to 2018 and of GPT Real Estate Services, Inc from 2009 to 2014. From 2004 to 2009, Ed was the Director of Accounting for Government Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: GPT) responsible for the public filings as reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. From 1997 to 2004, Ed was the Chief Accounting Officer for ACI Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIW), a payment systems company which provided products and services designed to facilitate electronic payments primarily used by financial institutions, retailers and payment processors. From 1991 to 1997, he was the Corporate Controller for infoUSA (NASDAQ: IUSA), a leading provider of proprietary business and consumer data. Prior to this time, Ed was a Certified Public Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in Omaha, Nebraska from 1986 to 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1985.
