Kendra Ringenberg

General Counsel

Ms. Ringenberg served as a third-party legal advisor for Goldenrod for several years prior to officially joining the team as General Counsel in 2020. Kendra has extensive experience in commercial real estate and corporate matters, having been focused on commercial real estate in private practice in Kansas City and Omaha for nearly 20 years. Kendra manages the acquisition, development, financing (including seller financing, bank financing, life insurance/institution financing and economic incentives) and development of all Goldenrod projects, as well as management of corporate matters for Goldenrod Companies and its affiliates. Kendra is currently licensed in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and North Dakota. She is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University and the University of Nebraska College of Law, both of which she graduated with highest distinction.
