John Zogg

President, Southwest Region

Mr. Zogg joined Goldenrod Companies in 2023 as President of the Southwest Region. Prior to joining Goldenrod, he was Managing Director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC, overseeing asset management in Crescent’s office markets and managing the leasing efforts of more than 3 million square feet. Mr. Zogg joined Crescent Real Estate Equities as vice president of leasing and marketing in May of 1994. In 2004, he was promoted to managing director of Crescent. Mr. Zogg served as managing director until 2007 when Crescent was sold to Morgan Stanley, whereupon he joined Silverstone Capital Group. He rejoined Crescent in his current role in 2009. Prior to joining Crescent in 1994, Mr. Zogg served as vice president of the commercial real estate group for Rosewood Property Company from 1989 to 1994, responsible for marketing and leasing office space in the Dallas and Denver areas, and prior to that, he worked as marketing manager of Gerald D. Hines Interests. In total, he has managed more than 30 million square feet of office space across the United States throughout his career. Mr. Zogg serves on the boards of various Dallas civic organizations, some of which include the University of Dallas Business School, Klyde Warren Park and the Gene Stallings College Coaches Award.
