ANNUAL GOLDENROD INVESTOR CONFERENCE

Oct 14, 2021

The annual Goldenrod Investor Conference for all current and potential investors took place on March 25, 2020. We were hoping to host everyone at our office but unfortunately due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we decided to have everyone join in on a conference call.

Managing Principal Zach Wiegert led the presentation and gave a performance overview on Goldenrod Capital Partners, LP and Goldenrod Capital Partners II, LP. Zach also announced the launch of Goldenrod Debt Solutions Fund, LP – an open-ended, fixed income investment vehicle which had its first close in February 2020 and Goldenrod Capital Partners III, LP (Fund III)  which is set to have its first close in July 2020.

We were lucky enough to have Dr. Eric Thompson, Professor of Economics and the Director of the Bureau of Business Research at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, present to everyone. Dr.Thompson’s research on the Midwest and national economy examines competitive factors affecting state and local economic growth. Dr. Thompson gave an overview of the current economy and its relation to real estate.

Although we would have much preferred to see everyone in person, we appreciate everyone taking time out of their busy schedules to join our presentation. We look forward to what the future holds and can’t wait to continue to work with our current and future investors!

The Goldenrod team wishes the Aaron family congratulations on this significant day. We are very grateful for the lasting legacy that Hank Aaron created, and we thank the Aaron family and all those associated for their continued support of our project in outfield. We hope this special development, named “The Henry” in honor of Mr. Aaron, continues to pay tribute to all that he stood for on and off the field. “Keep swinging #44”

Our hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska, The Scarlet Hotel, inspired the U.S. Navy to name their staterooms in a similar manner. We had engaged the team at Archrival to write unique stories of nearly 150 Nebraska cities and towns. We shared these stories with the U.S. Navy, along with more than 2,000 photographs depicting each locale which were captured by students from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Thank you to Dale and Roger from the Big Red Sub Club for presenting Zach with this memento.
